Double digit sales growth - led the team that developed a new program and grew sales to National & Global Account customers from $30 MM to $300 MM in a ten-year period, while consistently reducing the organization’s “Operating Expense to Sales" ratio.
Developed new sales efforts – initiated, developed and implemented a new “Strategic Accounts" program that is responsible for incremental sales in $100’s of millions.
Customer Centric – pioneered the development of a world class process (Customer Centric Concepts) that maximizes value to the customer, resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.
Training - directed the team that developed training of “Customer Centric Concepts (CCC)" for new and existing sales executives and managers. The training was supported by a “CCC Toolbox" which provided all supporting materials required to utilize the “CCC" process.
Customer data mining - implemented a customer “Dashboard" that facilitates the documentation of customers’ total purchasing potential and summarizes key aspects of the current relationship. This information becomes the basis for the creation of a focused customer development plan, all on only 2 – 3 pages.
